As the year came to a close I spent a lot of time trying to decide how I would choose my favorite images of the year. I wondered what images would interest my readers, what images would make me feel fulfilled when clicking “publish” on this blog post and what images would garner traction and maybe (fingers crossed) even some leads. As a business owner (and not just a creative photographer) you have to calculate your every move on social media. Every post, blurb, blog and write up has to be carefully honed to reflect your style and brand.
This post isn’t about that, this post is about me, this post is about the images that fed my soul this year. This is about my art.
A special thank you to Dennis Pike and Michael Zawadzki for allowing me to post my associate/second shooting images because some of my favorite work this year has been with other photographers.
I am looking forward to shooting at least 30 weddings this upcoming season for myself as well as for other photographers so please stay tuned and thank you for coming on this journey with me!
